Unisana Hospitals is a Portuguese private healthcare group, established in 2021 through a partnership between Atena Equity Partners and 3T Portugal. The group manages three hospitals - Hospital Particular de Almada, Hospital Soerad in Torres Vedras, and Hospital da Lapa in Porto - along with two clinics in Santarém, comprising a total of 10 operating rooms, 79 consultation rooms, and 173 beds. In 2023, these five facilities collectively performed approximately 130,000 consultations, 362,000 diagnostic exams, and 5,000 surgeries.
